The Terraces just completed a $70 million revitalization project, adding over 50,000 square feet of modern amenities including a health club, full-service bar, a food hall and massive outdoor work areas. By leveraging TeX software at the Terraces, it enables Glenstar to discover new value by creating a customer-driven experience. Tenants now have access to everything the property has to offer, right at their fingertips, while activating our best-in-class amenities by offering a variety of activities, perks and conveniences every day.
